BQG series mining pneumatic diaphragm pump is a high-quality, forward-displacement, self-suction pump. it uses compressed air which is commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises, as its power source. t uses pressure difference in the air chamber alterativel to produce suction liquid pressure and positive iquid pressure in the iquid chamber, the one-way control ball valve switch ensures the forward fiow of liquid. The pump has the features of no dead-point, anti-stall design and modular pneumatic body/iow parts, which effectively solved the technological dificulties in the original pneumaic diaphragm pump (the original diaphragm valve parts often fal to move to the right position).
This pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of pump of which its key parts are made of aluminum aoy casting, and the diaphragm,ball and ball seat are made of international advanced materlals to ensure the features of small size, ight weiht.,low noise, easy & rellable operation,wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, fire prevention and explosion-proof, etc. It is especially suitable for field works in mines.tunnels, tunnel engineering, petroleum and chemical industry, etc. in addition, pneumatic diaphragm pump has the functions of other pumps such as submersible pumps, self-priming pumps, slury pumps and canned pumps, etc. Wide application can meet reguirements from various users for various medlum. lt has become the malor substitute for silent pneumatic submersible pump.
Working condition
a) Pump any fluid medium as long as the medium concentration (volume ratio) is less than 15%;
b) The maximum diameter of solid particles should not be over 9mm;
c) Working temperature 5 - 50°C;
d) Medium PH 6 - 8;
e) Medium temperature should not be over 50°C;
f) Pressure range 0.4MPa-0.8MPa.
